VOLUME THREE - CHAPTER 121

Existing in Harold L. Chapman alone, the union in one God, of the Father, Son, and Holy Spirit, the unity of three persons in one Godhead dealing with details and procedures affecting material resources of a worldly nature.

Having great percentage of a population, a dominant individual governing by virtue of sovereign power over all lands within his jurisdiction, a territory over which dominion is exercised distinctively marked by supreme authority, supreme excellence, and supreme power.

The range of his information and understanding is the sum of what is acquired by mankind, seeing into any situation, discerning deeply and acutely, and apprehending the inner nature, the meaning or importance readily learned or understood.

Authorized by a certificate evidencing the teachings of the ancient wise men in the management of affairs based primarily on material interest, placed at a high level the overall plan embracing the general goals and acceptable procedures of the Kingdom Family System of Government.

Sovereignty that exercises supreme authority with power to decide unlimited in extent, free from imperfection and entirely without weakness, satisfying all requirements free from error and completed free from constitutional or other restraint.

A government under the control and direction of one Supreme Being, the elder son of Almighty God not affiliated with a larger controlling unit, not looking to others for opinions or for guidance, and not bound by or committed to a political party.
